## About Copper Hearth

We are a small Nashville bakery that does two things with care: custom cakes for your celebrations and sourdough for every other day.

Bread and cake

## One kitchen, two kinds of baking.

Copper Hearth Bakery makes custom cakes and sourdough in Nashville, Tennessee. Everything we sell comes out of our own oven and is picked up here in the city.

The sourdough is the slow part of our week. Each loaf rises on natural leaven and is given the time it needs, which is where the crust gets its color and the crumb gets its texture.

The cakes are the personal part. No two orders start the same way: one is a birthday for a handful of friends, another is a wedding. We plan each cake around the gathering it is made for, from the flavors inside to the colors and piping outside.

Because every custom cake is made for one date, we check our calendar before we agree to an order, so the cake you plan is a cake we can bake well.
